Q-Dir (the Quad Explorer) is a file and folder manager for Windows. It has a simple interface with four directory-browsers: you can easily copy files and folders within the folders you have opened.

All the shortcut commands in Windows Explorer will work on the program. The interface is fully customizable.

I would wish to be able to give each window a seperate background color and/or being able to allocate a picture as background for each window.

It has almost every feature you could wish for in a small fast portable package!
